About Us
Brewsberry Patisserie & Café is an English-style café and bakery that serves simple, natural food accompanied by authentic espresso coffees. Most coffee shops in India don’t do much with food and most restaurants don’t worry about coffee. Brewsberry café is a hybrid combining a strong coffee culture and a robust food culture under one roof in a welcoming, cozy, and comfortable neighborhood café.
Our Coffee –
We serve a range of espresso coffees made from the finest coffee beans, and our baristas know their beans. With their superior technical knowledge and passion for making amazing coffee, they will make you the perfect cuppa. At our coffee cafe, we care deeply about who we are, who we serve, and what we do. Our mission is to ensure that every guest experiences genuine and sincere customer service that warms their heart and makes them feel better.
Our unique atmosphere is what drives guests to visit Brewsberry Patisserie & Café for lunch, and coffee time after time. We have intentionally crafted an inviting space that breaks away from the traditional, stuffy reputation of a specialty breakfast coffee shop. We aim to make everyone feel welcome whether they prefer a high-end brew or a simple English meal.
Our Food -
Our food is all-natural, simple food made with local ingredients, wherever possible, to provide you with fresher, healthier, and deliciously tasty meals. We have a well-stocked pastry cabinet; our food has an international flavour and we offer gluten-free and vegetarian options. Most, if not all, our menu items are tried and tested at home to start with and then our kitchen staff is trained to keep the homegrown taste in Brewsberry kitchen. Essentially our staff is selected with exactly that in mind – all people who have a love for food and how it’s presented to our guests. You will find a selection of meat, poultry, and seafood that would suit anyone’s taste including some of the specialised offerings.
Like in most cafés, one of our signature menu items is our “Shrimp Po Boy Sandwich”. This Authentic New Orleans Shrimp Po’ Boy with Creole Remoulade Sauce will knock your socks off!
Our Desserts –
When you send a cake, we know you aren’t just sending a dessert, you are sending a moment of celebration, joy, healing, and togetherness. When you can’t be there to celebrate in person, Brewsberry makes it easy to delight your family, friends, and colleagues with our freshly baked desserts delivered right to their doorstep ready to enjoy. Our experienced bakers mix all of our batters and frostings by hand, just like grandma used to make.
We understand that elegant presentation matters as much as taste, and our team of very talented cake artisans takes the time to decorate every cake by hand. Our team then carefully packages your cake in our custom-designed decorative boxes and sends them to you. Brewsberry goes the extra mile to make sure our desserts deliver an experience that makes you proud that you chose us to create the gift people will talk about long after the celebration is over.

Vikrant Gujral
Co-founder, Brewsberry
A man with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry since the age of 13, worked internationally during his tenure in the hospitality business, he has always judged his experience of a country on the food and dishes of the region. Having worked for 16 years in the United States and 3 years exposed to the Indian culture of cooking and his love for different and special food, he has a vast library of experience in his memories and love for presenting these special food experiences on the plate. Being a café owner can be an incredibly rewarding experience that lets him meet new people, provide unique experiences, and carve a niche for himself, and that’s what Vikrant is all about.
Nikhil Mishra
Chef & Co-founder, Brewsberry
An expert in baking, he has more than 17 years of experience in the baking industry in Five Star hotels in Singapore and India. His work and passion for breads and desserts make him an expert in baking and his skills, culinary masterpieces, and innovative new recipes bring out the charm in his style and work. He is a skilled culinary professional who specializes in creating a wide variety of delicious desserts, pastries, and sweet goods. His expertise in baking techniques, recipe development, and pastry decoration, with his creativity in crafting enticing treats, infusing each masterpiece with a blend of skill, artistry, and a touch of magic, makes him one of the best in the country.
Having recently traveled to the Middle East and Europe, we have great ideas for our new venture here in Hyderabad. All our dishes are chosen because they embrace simple but complex flavours enjoyably and deliciously for the taste buds.
So… a love and passion for food coupled with the willingness and ability to make our food business a way of life, is what Vikrant and Chef Nikhil are all about. All our travels and experiences are based on making memories that can be shared on the plate with you, our guest. The Brewsberry team is a diverse group of people working closely together each day to provide desserts and coffees that help people celebrate the joys in their own lives and the lives of others to share love and good wishes and to bring a bit of comfort and happiness to those who deserve it. We love what we do, take pride in every cake/dessert we put our name on, and guarantee your complete satisfaction. We live our mission daily – to help people celebrate, commemorate, appreciate, and send a message of love through the joy of cake. Our kitchen is run on our own standards and instructions with staff that understand the requirements that we have of the end product. Well-aged quality cuts of meat, the best possible selection of seafood, and fresh spices and herbs to package our product delicately for the palate of our guests.
We also have a little attitude – Brewsberry has a cool, trendy shabby chic decor and an upbeat fun atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax on your own or catch up with friends while enjoying great coffee and food.
In Hyderabad, cafés play a central role in people’s lifestyle. It is where people hang out, where they meet up with friends and have business meetings; before work, after a morning swim or working out, for lunch, a snack, or just a coffee.
